Your dialer, on your own infrastructure.
Self-hosted and white-label licensing for teams who need the dialer inside their own environment, or under their own brand. Same parallel dialing engine as the managed plans — you just own where it runs and whose name is on it.
What licensing gets you
Three things the managed plans can't give you, whatever seat band you're on.
It runs in your environment
The dialer sits inside infrastructure you control, so call data, recordings and contact lists never leave it. For teams with procurement or data-residency requirements, this is usually the whole conversation.
Your brand, not ours
White-label licensing puts your name and your look on the product. Agencies resell it to their own clients without Smarter Dialer appearing anywhere in the experience.
Telephony still at cost
Calls keep running on your own Twilio account at roughly $0.014 a minute, billed to you directly. Licensing changes where the software lives — it doesn't put us between you and your carrier.

Common questions
What's the difference between self-hosted and white-label?
Self-hosted is about where the software runs — inside your own infrastructure rather than ours. White-label is about whose brand is on it. Most teams want one or the other; agencies reselling to clients usually want both.
Who runs the telephony?
You do, exactly as on the managed plans. Calls go through your own Twilio account and Twilio bills you directly at cost. That means your phone numbers and their reputation stay yours, and they stay yours if you ever stop working with us.
How is it priced?
There's no list price, because it depends on seat count and how you want it deployed — a five-seat agency wanting white-label and a fifty-seat team with data-residency requirements are different deals. Get in touch and we'll work out the shape of it.
Do I need to be past 25 seats?
No. Seat count is one input, not a gate. Smaller teams license it too, usually because they need the branding or the data boundary rather than the headcount.

A short call is enough to work out whether licensing is the right shape for you — and if the managed plans would serve you better, we'll say so.
